Tape plant

The purpose of the Extrusion Tape Stretching Plant is to produce PP and HDPE tapes for various uses, including FIBC, Jumbo Bags, Carpet Backing, Knitted Bags, Raffia tapes, Wrapping Fabrics, and many more. Weaving

weaving the yarn into a fabric using a method similar to textile weaving. A circular weaving machine is then used to weave these flat tapes into circular fabric. After weaving, the circular cloth is trimmed to the necessary size. Tubular cloth is made using thread from the bobbin in the circular loom’s creel stand. Raffia tapes are woven into cloth in circular looms to create circular cloth with the required width. The act of weaving is a continuous and automatic operation. Finishing & Stitching

The Unit’s Finishing & Stitching Section receives the rolls of woven cloth. The cloth is printed after being trimmed to the appropriate size. The cut parts are sent for sewing after printing. According to the customer’s specifications, a valve is constructed in one corner of the cut piece before the cloth is stitched. After passing the quality control test, the woven sacks are bundled into 500 or 1000 pieces and pressed using a baling press. After being pressed, the woven sacks are packaged, tied off, and shipped. To prevent rejections, quality control checks are performed at every stage. Strict adherence is maintained to the requirements of Weight, Denier, Bursting Strength, etc.
